Terms of Service

Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes to describe the aviation consulting services offered by Keros Aviation. By using this site, you agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use its content for purposes other than evaluating our services.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Aviation consulting — including SEP revalidation support, ferry and delivery coordination, permit applications, career consulting, aircraft acquisition guidance, and interview preparation — involves third parties such as regulators, airlines, and aircraft owners whose decisions are outside our control. Engaging our services does not guarantee a specific outcome (such as permit approval, successful acquisition, or interview success).
Aircraft Sales & Acquisition Consulting
Keros Aviation offers both independent aircraft acquisition consulting and aircraft listed for direct sale through our own inventory. Where an aircraft under consideration during a consulting engagement is one we have listed for sale, we will disclose that relationship to the client. Outside of that disclosed relationship, our consulting recommendations are made in the interest of the client engaging us.
Engagement of Services
Submitting the contact form is an inquiry only and does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. A formal engagement begins only once scope, fees, and terms are agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Keros Aviation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it. Specific engagements are governed by the written terms agreed for that engagement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
